These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 2048: Championship Edition ("the Game"), developed by Anıl Dündar ("Developer", "we", "us").

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License & Permitted Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported iOS and Android devices.

2. Competitive Integrity & Fair Play

The Game features global rankings, monthly league divisions, and Daily Challenges. To maintain fair competition:

  • Do not use bots, automated scripts, or macros to execute gameplay moves.
  • Do not modify, patch, reverse engineer, or inject unauthorized code into the client application.
  • Do not manipulate system memory, timers, or network communications to forge illegitimate scores.
  • Do not exploit bugs to gain unfair ranking advantages.

We reserve the right to remove scores or suspend leaderboard participation for entries identified as fraudulent or manipulated.

3. In-App Purchases & Consumables

The Game may offer optional consumable items (such as Time Boosts and Undo Boosts) for purchase using real currency.

  • Store Processing: All transactions are handled directly through Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing.
  • Virtual Goods: Consumable boosts have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be refunded or exchanged for real-world currency except as required by applicable law or store policy.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the standard policies of Apple or Google.

4. Intellectual Property

Original visual elements, user interfaces, branding, software code, and sound assets created for 2048: Championship Edition are the intellectual property of Anıl Dündar.

5. Service Availability & Seasonal Resets

Online features, including global leaderboards and monthly league divisions, require an active internet connection. Seasonal rankings reset at scheduled monthly intervals according to competitive tournament cycles.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
